Return Policy
We are certain to exceed your expectations with every order. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days from the date we ship your order for a refund or exchange. For the center diamond of "Build Your Engagement Ring" and all loose center diamonds, returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
Contact Customer Service for further instructions and to request Return Authorization.
Please write your Return Authorization Number, if supplied to you. on the outside of your return shipping package and inside your shipping box along with the original contents of your shipment.
Send your item with all original packing materials, to Gregg Helfer Ltd. by an insured courier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write the words "jewelry", Gregg Helfer Ltd. or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
We suggest that you Insure Your Package. If the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
If your package value is less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and we suggest that you have a way to track your package to its final destination.
To insure your package if it is more than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, and insure for the total value of the contents. Please ship your package with a request for a return receipt. Please be advised that FedEx® and UPS® don't insure merchandise over $500.

After we receive your package, we will verify the condition of the returned item(s). Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Gregg Helfer Ltd.), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
A refund will be issued within 14 business days. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following:
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The Diamond certificate (if applicable) must be included or a $300 restocking fee may apply.
- Special orders and engraved items are not returnable.
- All shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, your package will be treated as a normal return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
